How to use my services
The process starts when you request a quote. I will respond to the quote request within 1 business day with a price, a service proposition (copy editing, substantive editing, or translation), and a delivery deadline.
I can work with any major document format: doc, pdf, tex, etc. To work under a nondisclosure agreement (NDA), send me an NDA form and I will sign it and send back your choice of either a hard copy or an electronic copy.
When the job is completed, you will receive:
|1.||a tracked copy that contains all modifications to the document and comments regarding linguistic as well as technical issues, and|
|2.||a clear copy in which all the modifications have been accepted, but the comments are still visible.|
|1.||the translated documents including comments, if appropriate, to help you improve the document for the English-speaking reader.|
Questions and guarantee
Should you have any questions about your document, simply call me during business hours, or email me and I will respond within 1 business day. Should you desire a second edit after having addressed the issues raised by my editing and comments, simply email me your updated document and I will do a second (or nth) edit at no extra charge. My guarantee is that you will be satisfied with your edited document, so this process continues until you indicate you are satisfied.
Once you receive your invoice you can pay either via Paypal (note that this does not oblige you to have a Paypal account to pay online) or via bank transfer. You can pay with any major credit card or pay from your Paypal account (if you have one).
